Q:

How many coupon(s) I have to buy if I pose together with my girlfriend? I don't know how this work? and do you have appointment on this weekend?

zhao y.  asked on  Feb 6, 2013

A:

Hello Zhao, The Groupon allows for as many people as you like. We do advise you have no more than 5 per shoot to ensure every fits into the shoot and we can better take advantage of the time. We mostly schedule on weekends so that would be the best time to book a session with us. -Kendall

Q:

how many outfits can we shoot in 30 minutes? do we get both raw and high res dvd same day?

lebby k.  asked on  Feb 5, 2013

A:

Hello Leddy, You are allowed as many outfit changes as you like but we do recommend you keep outfit changes to a minimum to better take advantage of the 30 minute session. If you would like to purchase more time to allow more time for different looks, you can contact us over the phone at (415)361-9079. The DVD that comes with your Groupon purchase comes with a DVD of images at 5MP. We do offer an upgraded DVD along with printing rights to the images for $50. Raws can also be added to the Digital Upgrade upon request. -Kendall

Q:

What are some of the locations you use? Also, is the $50 price you quoted above (to upgrade to an hour or $50 to upgrade the disc) before or after the 15% discount?

Kimberly D.  asked on  Feb 4, 2013

A:

We have several locations, this is something you can talk over with our booking agent, they change depending on the photographers preference, they have very trained eyes, and always pick the best location to get the top notch look out of the session. The $50 upgrade is after the 15%, but you can use the %15 on edits, albums, frames, etc.

Q:

Are these photos that you give to clients edited? or just raw images? Thanks

Eli A.  asked on  Feb 4, 2013

A:

They are all color corrected and leveled, but we do offer additional special effects editing, body contouring, blemish removal, teeth whitening, etc. We charge $5-$50 depending on the amount of work you'd like done.

Q:

So the 50-100 images we receive for our 30 minute session can only be printed with a resolution up to 4x6. But if I want to upgrade my Groupon I can pay another $50 to upgrade all the files? What will the res be on these files and how large can I print them? Also if I upgrade to a full hour to get some shots of me (portraits) and then some shots of the whole family, that costs $50 for the extra half hour correct? And do we get more images or just share the same amount?

Nicole P.  asked on  Feb 4, 2013

A:

Yes you can upgrade to the FULL res disk for $50 and those include 17-22 mp images and full printing rights, they can be printed to 40x60 inches. If you upgrade to the hour you will get 100-200 pictures on average and you can divide the time up however you'd like.

Q:

Does the person who's images are in your promotion shoot in San Diego? Or do you hire that out to freelancers?

Greg N.  asked on  Feb 4, 2013

A:

It depends on the photographer you get, but they are all trained with the same techniques and gear, of course every time a session happens the results vary. We guarantee our services and if you aren't happy we will take care of you in anyway we can.
