My experience with Elite Carpet Care could not have been better! They were on time, professional, thorough, and left my carpet immaculate. Honestly it looked like the carpet looked when I moved in my townhome years ago. They also offered stain removal at such a reasonable rate we opted for that. And, it was amazing that the stains were removed. And, the process is done with less water being dumped in the carpet and within about an hour my floor felt dry. Honestly, they took the time to do an amazing job and were absolutely pleasant to work with. Not only do I recommend them, we are already planning to call them again next year! (The image hopefully shows how perfect they left my carpet and this was a site that had many embedded stains!)
