Customers who opt to complete a personal-training assessment must do so on Saturday before starting any classes. Trainers hold regular classes throughout the week with the goal of helping clients build a long-term fitness plan with accomplishable goals. By enrolling in Elite’s 12-week program, clients make a serious commitment to changing their fitness routine, rather than just flexing in the mirror and calling it a day. Christian helps each participant construct a customized, long-term plan based on their current level of fitness. To that end, he conducts personal-training assessments on the weekends, analyzing clients against eight fitness indicators such as lean-muscle mass, cardiovascular capabilities, and ability to chew through glass.
