About Elite Edge Training Center
Elite Edge Training Center's team of four certified personal trainers adopt a science-based approach to physical training, and work in advanced facilities that are necessary to support their methods. An onsite technician helps rehabilitate visitors with Muscle Activation Technique, a biomechanical evaluation and therapy designed to improve range of motion. Visitors can take advantage of a turf field and smooth exercise floor with features such as stationary bikes, free weights, resistance bands, treadmills, and squat racks.
