Q:

I have some scar ( deep ones) in my face from my pimples is the microdermabrasion or photorejuvenation the right package for me. Which one will help lessen the appearance of the deep scars?

claire  asked on  Nov 9, 2012

A:

It sounds like the super skin package would be the best for you. A combination of the exfoliation with the peels and microdermabrasion and the collagen remodeling from the photorejuvenation will help soften your scars. They won't go away completely, but the will appear smoother and softer.

Q:

With the chemical peel package, Can we get the TCA peel or how much extra is the tca peel? Thanks.

sobia a.  asked on  Nov 8, 2012

A:

Yes, the TCA would be a $15 add-on per layer. Your treatment provider can help you with the best plan to accomplish your desired results.

Q:

What if I'm not sure what I would need? What would u suggest to buy? I have light, sensitive skin with some pigmentation issues due to sun damage & hormones. I have tried Obagi, Skin authority, Skin Ceuticals, and many other skin care lines. I would really like to try something more permanent. I appreciate your recommendation!

Michele K.  asked on  Nov 7, 2012

A:

If you can buy the full package of 9 treatments that is the best bang for your buck and your treatment provider can help you with the best course of action to accomplish what you want. If you are looking for the next best option, I would recommend the photorejuvenation package.

Q:

So based on my question above, if I purchase the $249 (9 services) package, it would be a minimum of 9 months (assuming my tmts are spaced 4 weeks apart), would my groupon still expire in 6 months? It doesn't appear that you would be able to complete all 9 services within a 6 mo period of time based on 4-6 wks between treatments. Please advise as I am interested in purchasing the 9 tmts.

Tam L.  asked on  Nov 7, 2012

A:

The expiration date is just the date you must start your first treatment of the groupon purchased. We will schedule your next treatments at necessary intervals without constraints of an expiration date. As long as you keep your appointments, you will get all 9 treatments. The only way you wouldn't get all 9 is to not show up for a scheduled appointment and not call ahead of time to change it.

Q:

if we buy the 3 chemical peel option, is it possible to get all three jenson peels? or all three the same kind ? Thanks

sobia a.  asked on  Nov 5, 2012

A:

You get a basic peel for this package. If you want to upgrade to a Jessner you can for a small upgrade of $10 per treatment. Your treatment provider can help you with specifics of what peel is going to get you the results you want to see. We have several strengths to choose from if you want more than the basic peel.

Q:

Can we choose a different part of the body for the photorejuvenation such as chest or arms instead of the face?

Susan D.  asked on  Nov 5, 2012

A:

Yes, but depending on the area there may be a small upgrade charge. For instance, both arms would be a much larger area than a face so your upgrade charge would be $49 per treatment.

Q:

Would all three treatment types be used in one appt?

Tam L.  asked on  Nov 5, 2012

A:

No, they will be scheduled individually. Typically, 4-6 weeks apart.

Q:

Hi! Is a photorejuvenation the same thing as a photofacial? Thank you!

Sunni T.  asked on  Nov 5, 2012

A:

Yes, our photorejuvenation laser can be filtered to target sun damage or sun spots, redness or overall skin tightening. Your treatment provider will discuss options with you at your first appointment to determine which one is best for you. With the optional filters this treatment is safe for darker skin types, more so than just a typical photofacial service.
