If I buy the full highlights ($59 package) and we decide that I only need the partial highlights, would I be refunded or credited the $20 ?

If you'd like assistance determining which option is best for you, please call the salon at (405) 623-5467. You would not receive a credit back if you purchase the full-highlights option and decide to opt for partial highlights instead at the time of your appointment.
