Ella is amazing I am so happy with the results. I have had the same service at other places where there was no effect at all or they tried to upsell for the desired results. Ella did not try to upsell, did a phenomena job, I love the results it looks youthful and natural. She is so kind and skilled I would definitely not go see anyone else for botox now that I found her!

Only 30%effective and charged me $90.00 more without informing me about the additional cost. I purchased 50 units of Dysport for my forehead, crows feet and nose. I've been injecting these areas, elsewhere, for ten years with only 40 units with 98% effectiveness and now with 50 units I only got 30% effectiveness. After 3 weeks of receiving 50 units, Zahra from Ella Cosmetic called me to arrange an appointment for a touch- up {6 units which I would receive free}. I informed her that the 50 units she had injected were only 30% effective and that the Dysport she used was either defective; diluted too much [Dysport needs to be diluted with saline when the merchant receives it from the manufacture]; she injected the wrong muscle areas; or she did not actually use 50 units. Do not be fooled when she shows you syringes with 50 units of Dysport and believe you are getting that amount, for she will not show you the empty syringes after injecting. Also, my left eyebrow was higher than my right eyebrow after injections. She offered to give me a refund [which is why I gave her one star]. I wanted to give her a chance to correct her error [big mistake!] and told her I would take a refund if she felt she could not fix issues. Zahra said she would correct and so I went to the second appointment. When she saw me she agreed that the procedure was not effective. She proceeded to inject me and after doing so, she told me she had injected me with 25 more units of Dysport and would have to pay $90.00 for the units. I told her that before injecting me she should have informed me of the additional units and charges. She did not respond. I paid because I was furious and wanted to leave. Now, 3 weeks after the last injections nothing was corrected! In short, I received 75 units of Dysport with only 30% effectiveness when I normally get 40 units, elsewhere, with 98% effectiveness. You should, also, know that she shares a suite with Lux Beauty Skin. They may be affiliated because the receipt she gave me was under Lux's name.
