Although I really like the owner she needs to get her business organized, be a bit more confident with her procedures. And remove her personal influences and interruptions while with clients. I was frustrated to have spent the money for what the experience became for with my facial and pedicure. She only had five colors to choose from for my pedicure two of which were red. Having had many pedicures this one lacked in every way, she didn't appear confident in doing pedicures the result was stressful and disappointing. I did reach out to Groupon they will not allow a refund, since the Groupon had been redeemed, however I had no way of knowing what my experience was going to be. I do believe they should have refunded or credited me the money I invested.

Do not go there. I had a sale coupon for a Brazilian which included the Butt strip, when I went there, she said for the butt strip extra pay and charged me $44. So in total I paid $69 and the tip, only for the hair to start growing 3 days after. She a cool lady, but the brazilian was horrible and painful too

Im sorry that you are not happy with your service. You agreed to pay $40 extra because you received a buttocks wax which is not included and the butt strip. There was credit card processing fees which totaled to $44. All of the hair was removed im not sure why your hair grew back in 3 days.
