Elysian has given me stellar service since I’ve been going to this location. The aesthetician has been thorough with communications during in-take, my sessions and follow ups. Since I have iron deficiency anemia, the level of assessment on how to keep myself hydrated from the inside out has revitalize the overall skin health on the outside making this an invaluable investment.

I’ve been a client of Elysian for a year and every treatment—HydraFacials, microdermabrasion, Astrodome, Halo IR sauna, lymphatic drainage, salt light therapy—has been 10/10. Pricing is always upfront, and Keneathia Glenn is pure-hearted, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. The spa is serene, modern, and delivers consistent, luxury results!

t ELYSIAN Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic, we are proud to provide each client with world-class care, advanced treatments, and thoughtful extras that make every experience exceptional. We go above and beyond — even offering complimentary gifts such as skincare bars, moisturizers, and liquid collagen, which our clients have always loved and appreciated. Unfortunately, in this case, the reviewer received multiple months of discounted and complimentary services, expressed clear satisfaction with their results, and later received over $4,000 in premium treatments in one day, again sharing how pleased they were with their care. Shortly after, they filed a chargeback that was not consistent with the services actually received, falsely stated they received “medications” and have since chosen to post negative, harassing, misleading and malicious comments online. While we are saddened by this behavior, we remain committed to operating with integrity, professionalism, and excellence. The overwhelming majority of our clients share wonderful experiences and results, and we are deeply grateful for their loyalty and trust. We look forward to continuing to serve our community with the highest standard of care and welcoming new clients who value the quality and luxury of the ELYSIAN experience.
