Q:

I would like to buy the party pass, but i dont need the room, can i take advantage of this deal without the room? With that many of us it will probably take more than an hour to play anyways. Also if i can do it this way can I still get the 12 oz drinks to go with this package? thanks, Mandy

Hey Mandy! Party Pass is for a Party.. :) If you just want a round of golf for you and your friends please think about purchasing the Punch Pass instead. It is designed for that. Party passes must be reserved two weeks in advance and come with the use of the party room . It takes about 45 minutes to play a round of golf here at Embassy Golf. The Party Package is a Total of two hours in your time slot. One hour for Golf and One hour for the Party room.

Q:

There are 7 adults, 2 children that are 8 and 10, and two children that are 2 and 3 in my famly. ( I am the grandmother and the children are my grandchildren). I would like to take all of them for a round of golf. It would be more beneficial for me to buy the birthday package for 10 rather than a punch card for 6. Wouldn't it and can I do that even though its really not a birthday? 2nd question: If its really not a birthday party, do I still have to reserve two weeks in advance. 3rd question: My two little grandbabies don't obviously know how to play but I know they will cry if not given a ? (can't remember the name of the object you swing with) to hold in their hands. Do I have to use a punch card for them?

A:

Hey Patricia! Thanks for asking! Your 2 and 3 year old Grand children will be given a "Putter" to play with when you visit and we do not charge a Golfer till they are 4 (with paying adults). Parties are reserved two weeks in advance and we are full till Oct 22. So... I would suggest you purchase two Punch cards, that way you can come whenever you would like during our open hours. You have till March 1,2012 to use the cards, so chances are you will be bringing the 8 and 10 year old again later? At any rate the PUNCH Card it is a Fantastic Offer, and designed for the type of use you require. See you soon!

Q:

I THINK the answer is yes, but I want to be sure before I buy: My boyfriend and I would like to go golfing on Nov. 26; since it is only the two of us, we should buy two $4 Pink Passports?

Marissa  asked on  Oct 3, 2011

A:

If it's just the two of you the Pink Passports would be ideal! Enjoy!

Q:

Hi. This is a two part question. First, is there an area to sit, drink, and eat other than the party area? And if so, If I purchase the Birthday Party deal but don't care to use the party area (6 adults and 4 kids), do we need to schedule two weeks in advance? (We would golf, get a coke, and purchase pizzas/hot dogs--maybe bring in cake and ice cream but we really wouldn't need to "set-up" anything... and we always clean-up after ourselves no matter what.) Thank you, in advance, for your reply. We're looking forward to purchasing and coming!

Evonn S.  asked on  Oct 3, 2011

A:

If we have availability there is no need to reserve two weeks in advance. However in order to bring in a cake it is a necessity that you have the use of the party room. Because we do not allow outside food or drink to be brought in, we insist that all cakes are consumeed in the party room. Give us a call on Wednesday and I am sure we can find a spot for you if you are a little flexible. Our party room fills up fast but there are still a few Slots available for this next weekend and the weekend after.

Q:

My grandkids BD is not until Feb. If I buy the BD package and then we decide to do something else can we just use it to play golf?

Linda F.  asked on  Oct 2, 2011

A:

Depending on how many Grandkids you have you might just want to do a Punch Pass. That Punch Pass is just for a Round of Golf (six rounds...so ...6 grand kids) The Birthday Package is designed to have a party in our Party Room . It does not expire till Oct. 4 of 2012...so that means you could have a Birthday Party for yourself, IF you did not use it in Feb. ... :) Come on...PARTY!

Q:

If the party package is purchased, what is the cost for additional guests to be added? Also, I assume that if the parents are not playing golf, they can be in the party room without being included in the count (but just want to verify)? Thanks!

Amy C.  asked on  Oct 2, 2011

A:

$7.95 each guest golfer over your Groupon 10. And YES! You are correct...If a parent is attending but NOT Golfing there is no charge and they are not counted as part of your ten. (Those are called "BALL FETCHERS" LOL!) Buy it Now! It's a GREAT DEAL!
