Emerald Ivory is a minimalist spa that's appointment only. They seem to be just getting their legs under them, but everyone on staff that I've interacted with is super friendly and helpful; setting me up for my infrared session and then giving me space to enjoy my time relaxing without interruption. When time was nearly up, someone knocked to give me a heads up and fill my water bottle. I've been coming here for infrared treatments for about a month now and all has been well. The only thing I'd request is a private room for the spa. It shares a space with a hot tub, so I'm not sure if someone can schedule a session there while I'm in the sauna. Otherwise, lovely!
