Appointment required, contact by phone at (941) 357-1871. If electing to cancel your move with Emerald Van Lines LLC , written notification must be sent to support@movewithemerald.com. Written notification must be received no later than 72 Hours after signing the Emerald Van Lines LLC Printed Estimate. Cancellation requests received within 72 hours of signing the agreement with Emerald Van Lines LLC will receive a full refund, minus 15% due to incurred merchant fees. If your first available pickup date is within seven (7) business days of electronically signing the Emerald Van Lines LLC Printed Estimate and you request cancellation, your deposit it not refundable. Should the cancellation request be received outside of the 72-hour cancellation window, you agree that any deposit provided may be utilized for a future move within a 12-month period of placing a reservation. Valid on for moves within the lower 48 states. Does not include HI, AK, or PR. Does not include local/same-state moves. Service Area: Valid for moves within the lower 48 states. Does not include HI, AK, or PR. May be repurchased every 30 days. Limit 3 per person.
