What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

To establish a better alternative to the ER through lower costs and shorter wait times.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping the community.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

No where else they would rather go! No longer wait for hours on end to get hit with an incredibly high bill.

Took 20 mins before we were checked in and then she stated coat was $20 when the groupon I bought was $27, but staff was kind.
