They were pretty busy when I arrived, and I waited for them to work on my car about 45 minutes. They did a fine job and gave me recommendations of repairs I needed. Since the estimates were really high, I am going to have to wait, but the manager was very courteous. The waiting area is clean and bathroom was clean. They offer free wifi, coffee and there is a big screen tv up on the wall to entertain you while you wait.

They changed ownership a few years ago, and their customer service and repair quality is great now.

Bought a front alignment voucher from Groupon for my Genesis G80 and the voucher was redeemed for canceling my first appointment then I was told I will never get to use my Groupon if I cancel my second appointment. So I went to the shop on my second appointment. The front desk guy immediately says there will be extra $30 for doing the rear alignment... Also told me to come back with a full gas.
