When you open your Groupon, it will include redemption instructions under the "How to use this" section.

To access your Groupon, please sign into your account at http://www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. Put your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Here you'll be able to find your Groupons in the section called "My Groupons".

You can view and print a Groupon by clicking the "View Voucher" button and get all the information you need to properly redeem it.

San Francisco Time Machine tours run Thursdays and Saturdays at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., and take approximately 2.5 hours

The route is on the website: www.emperornortontour.com, but basically it is Union Square to Lotta's Fountain, up Montgomery, Jackson Square, Portsmouth Square and ends at the corner of California and Grant.

A:

Everything on the tour is handicapped accessible, except for one stop toward the end. There are also two short and minor hills involved which should be no problem.
