I called to make an appointment as the groupon says to do. When I showed up they seemed confused that I was there. The Groupon said it would take 1/2 hour. The whole thing actually took one hour and I do not see a difference in my crack. I question whether they did anything at all. I wish they would have explained that they couldn’t fix it and returned my money and saved my time

Empire Glass was friendly and efficient for my needs. It was easy to make an appointment by phone and the day I brought my car in for a windshield replacement they got to work on it almost immediately and finished around the estimated time they gave me. I was very pleased with the job they did and I am happy with my new windshield.

Went near closing time to get a crack repaired. Job was done fast with lighter being used to heat the crack. Cracks still showing after job was deemed finished. I've gotten cracks repaired before and though they are never completely gone at least there was some improvement showing. Complete hack job.

The service is not as advertiesed. Strongly recommend to adjust the info in Groupon vs what exactly the service is. I bought this offer at $109 and it is a total waste of time (took two hours to install) and money.

The guy answering the phone is rude and clueless. I had called and was told to come in at anytime so I drove there only to be told I needed an appointment. They often don’t answer the phone either. After two weeks of trying to get through I actually talked to the guy I needed and made an appointment. He was great and friendly and quick.

I took my car to Empire to have the rear window re-done. I removed the original window tint. Empire was available to take my car in without an appointment. Work was done in a professional manner. The end result is that I am no longer looking through bubbled window tint. The rear view is just as clear as the front view.

I had them repair a very small chip, half the size of a dime. They turned it into a crack that goes half way across the windshield. Then they said I could use the Groupon towards a new windshield. Thanks for nothing!
