All Adventures require reservations in advance which must be made over the phone (813)448-5635. Our office is open 9am-5pm every day of the week.

Same day reservations can be made when tour spacing allows! We recommend booking as soon as you know the date you'd like to go and at least 48hrs in advance

  • All Reservations are Final. No refunds will be issued. If you are feeling unwell, you can contact the office to reschedule or receive a voucher. Taxes and Fees are NOT covered by Groupon and will need to be paid on arrival or when booking over the phone!
  • Everyone is 7 years of age or older; the minimum weight is 70 lbs.
  • Everyone weighs less than 270lbs and agrees to "weigh in" when checking in.
  • All guests must be under 81 inches to participate.
  • If you do not show up for your tour without notice and we are unable to reach you at the phone number provided, no vouchers or store credit will be issued.

Attire:

  • Expect to dress for a day outdoors!
  • Closed-toed/heeled shoes: no flip-flops, sandals, high heels, or crocs.
  • Comfortable athletic wear: no tube tops, skirts, or dresses.
  • No need to accessorize! We do not allow long jewelry, hoop earrings, or wallet chains.
  • Long hair needs to be worn in a lower ponytail or a braid.
  • All personal items and valuables are your responsibility. We will not be held liable for anything lost, broken, stolen, or damaged. You may lock valuables in your car or in a storage bin we provide.
