Small business focused with a personal touch for every client because we know one size does not fit all. We take pride in our community and enjoy helping other small businesses get the most out of their online tools because we know resources are scarce and each customer is valuable.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After consulting with a large web development company for 8 years, and working with organizations large and small around the country, I wanted to spend more time in, and helping small business owners within my community.
What do you love most about your job?
Individual, personalized solutions. Learning what makes a businesses successful, their problem areas and goals. Only by knowing these, and what resources are available, are we able to dive into the specific areas that need improvement and craft a plan that will work for that individual business.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"You mean that is all I will need to do going forward?" We hear this comment, or one similar, quite often. There are many myths about how complicated and resource-consuming operating a website and social media accounts can be, but with a well-planned out process it becomes easy and very valuable.
