Hello I have got some shoes repaired here twice before but I was wondering if the shop could fix a broken zipper on a bag. I had my shoe zipper repaired the firs two times I went and I believe it was just a track issue and I think it is the same as my luggage . Can you fix luggage?

Can you cut down ladies high heels that are too tall?

That completely depends on how the shoe is made. If the heel can be cut down without angling the shoe backward too much, then yes we can. Most heels over 3 1/2" won't cut down too well.

Some rain boots can be fixed with rubber patches (if they are rubber boots) but the patch will probably not match the color of the boot unless they are black. Other rain boots that are not rubber may be able to be fixed as well with an appropriate patch material.
