What You'll Get
A strong man wrestles you to the ground to show off; a stronger man boosts your self-esteem and then accidentally breaks three of your ribs with a supportive hug. Learn the tenets of both strength and community with today’s Groupon to Encinitas Fitness Studio. Choose between the following options:
- For $29, you get 5 drop-in classes (a $100 value).
- For $45, you get 10 drop-in classes (a $200 value). <p>
Encinitas Fitness Studio was founded by a Danskin Triathlon competitor with the aim of empowering striving fitness fitters through rigorous yet rejuvenating workouts. Unfurling in a sleek Encinitas studio as well as on the serene Moonlight State Beach, Encinitas’s boot camps are scenic, well-equipped spots to burn off pesky calories and unsightly fat. Muscles flock to the legs, butt, abs, and arms as students battle through circuit training, obstacle courses, plyometrics, lunges, bear crawls, and gorilla-like chest drumming.
Students sample from a schedule packed with 12 classes a week, such as Bikini Blast Boot Camp, Skinny Jean Hybrid Circuit, Weekend Warrior, and Teen Fit Clinics, learning to wield kettlebells with brio and enhance muscle mass with vibratory power-plate workouts. Those attending outdoor sessions may also have an opportunity to spot dolphins off of the shore, and campers with strong imaginations might even hear marine mammals chant words of encouragement or Menudo lyrics.

About Encinitas Fitness Studio
Kristen Enyedi, a triathlon competitor and marathon runner, founded Encinitas Fitness Studio with the aim of empowering people to lay their own foundations for overall well-being. She and her team of personal trainers draw upon a fitness arsenal that includes one-on-one sessions, group boot camps, and nutrition counseling to help clients feel confident in their own skin, which is much more legal than helping them feel confident in another person’s skin. In addition to drawing from plyometric exercises and interval training, they helm functional workouts using TRX suspension bands and kettlebells.
