What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My business offers as little or as much is needed to satisfy the marketing efforts of the small, owner/operated business. For instance, the business has a lot of customers. They collect names, phone numbers and addresses. I make sure they now collect email addresses to use in email marketing. They like Facebook, but don’t post often. I add a scheduler. They have a great name, but no brand identity. I have a logo made. They use plain white business card. I create two-sided photographic cards. And so on…
What sets me apart from competitors is I am a perfect fit to work one on one with small owner/operated business owners. I understand their challenges and can quickly and affordable meet their needs.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration to start my business was the keen understanding that the small, owner/operated business owner has to wear many, many hats. However much they know they need to wear their marketing hat, it barely makes it off the hat rack. I put the hat on for the business when the owner is not able to and the crucial, but back seated marketing gets done in a timely fashion. I even go on the road to meet prospects if that’s what it takes!
What do you love most about your job?
What I like most about my job is although I have a very large bag of tricks, and I am extremely ideational , each owner/operated business ultimately has unique needs not being met that I help fulfill, by breaking them down by priority, and implementing the biggest bang for the buck first which is always some form of readily available data collection that we can use to immediately start marketing.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction(s) I get from my customers are big hugs, and occasionally “I love you.” I can truly call almost all of my clients friends. It’s truly a gratifying relationship.
