Encore Karoke and Sushi Lounge caters to singers with varying levels of confidence, from those who love to belt it out in front of 29 friends and acquaintances to those who would rather croon to only their nearest and dearest. Groups as small as 2 and as large as 30 take over Encore's private karaoke rooms, where they relax among sleek leather booths, flashing lights, and flat-screens broadcasting videos and lyrics.

The sleek decor extends to the softly lit dining area, which boasts red-and-black pod chairs with deep-set backs and glowing orb lights on black dining tables. The tables also hoist caramelized sushi rolls kissed by blowtorch, thin slices of sashimi, and Japanese whiskey.
