Join us at 6 a.m. or 7 a.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We keep the class fun and fast-paced. You can get a great calorie-burning workout in just 35–40 minutes with Energy Fitness Camp, where we focus on general strength training and calorie-burning workouts.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our personal trainer, Coach Paul, will show you exactly what you need to do. Don’t worry if you haven’t worked out in a while (or ever).
What do you love most about your job?
I love showing people proper form. I love seeing people get motivated to be active. I love seeing people sweat and burn calories! It is also amazing to see our members encourage each other.
