What You'll Get
For $55, today’s deal gets you four one-hour personal-training sessions at Energy in Motion (a $260 value), located in Flowood.
With intense workout routines and a focus on solid nutrition planning, the AFAA–certified trainers at Energy in Motion motivate clients to tone muscles and shed unwanted weight. Fitness fanatics can reap bodily benefits in one-on-one training routines that are individualized by experience level and health goals ($65 per session). While receiving personal-training sessions, customers can also attend small-group boot-camp classes, which run from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday. These classes are free for all personal trainees to sweat, stretch, and flex their bodies into better shape with a blend of weight training, plyometrics, and aerobic exercises. Personal-training and boot-camp sessions take place in Energy in Motion’s private studio, a calm, encouraging atmosphere in which customers can focus on fitness without the crowdedness, noise, and laser-light extravaganzas of standard gyms. Groupon purchasers are also eligible for 12 additional sessions for $35 each.

About Energy N Motion
At Energy N Motion, AFAA-certified personal trainer Lauren Smith combines the privacy of home workouts with the equipment and instructorship of gym workouts. Inside a homely gym space that features wooden floors and lime-green walls, Lauren and her team of fitness instructors lead students through private and semiprivate personal-training sessions and small-group boot-camp and circuit-training classes. Gym visitors can work up a sweat in the cardio area, strength-training area, or a free-weight area that has dumbbells, resistance bands, physio balls, bosu trainers, and a baby grand piano used for squats.
