The ENG technicians were hard working, professional, friendly and courteous. They gave special attention to carpet areas of concern. Now that all the carpet is dry I am impressed by how close to new the carpeting looks.
The drying process is uneven and full drying took 3 days. With some stains they cannot work miracles but I knew that upfront. There was only one 18 square inch area out of 4000 square feet that I had to redo to get it clean.
The price was very reasonable and I will be a return customer.
