Aisha was the best I have ever had for tattooed eyeliner and I've done this for many years. She was very careful every step along the way to alleviate any discomfort. They came out dark and have stayed dark with zero discomfort afterwards and no reaction. She also has done electrolysis for me and after about a dozen other practitioners, she got rid of it all. I can't recommend her enough.
