- Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply. After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation and will be marked as a no-show. Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may reschedule once if done at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows result in loss of deposit. Repeated cancellations may result in restricted booking access. Client Prep: Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and brows groomed. Late prep (removing old makeup, etc.) cuts into your glam time. No extra guests unless discussed prior. Final Look & Photos: Jane may capture final glam photos or videos for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, please mention this before your service.
