Q:

When I checked for availability for 5/5 and 5/6 it tells me that there is an availability for 5/3, however there are not Groupon options for Fridays. Is it possible to purchase one of the Groupon options and pay the difference for a Friday cruise?

Anjali G.  asked on  Apr 8, 2013

A:

I'm sorry, the Groupons are only good for the value and services offered and cannot be altered or substituted in anyway.

Q:

I was given a Gift certificate by a supervisor at Spirit for a bad situation we encountered while on the cruise. We'd like to go again and would like to purchase this Groupon? Is this allowed?

Lisa S.  asked on  Apr 8, 2013

A:

You would not be able to use the certificate to purchase a Groupon, but you could use it for tickets via the merchant directly, and anyone not covered could use a Groupon.
