There was initially some confusion about getting our large group booked, however Entity Seeker was able to accommodate all of our issues. We had a great speaker who told some entertaining stories - I'd definitely be interested in other tours they have offered, and would also be interested in the classes we were told they are developing.

Not quite what I expected - any ghost tour I've been on before told more about the history of the area via stories of local ghosts. This was more of an education on how paranormal investigations work. Although not what was expected, it was pretty cool.

What You'll Get

Ghosts roam the earth to complete unfinished tasks, such as making peace with a loved one or picking up the dry cleaning. Witness the errands of the undead with today's Groupon for a 2.5-hour ghost tour from EntitySeeker. Choose between the following options:

  • For $15, you get two ghost tour tickets (a $30 value).
  • For $29, you get four ghost tour tickets (a $60 value).

Featured on season four of Discovery Channel’s A Haunting, EntitySeeker’s knowledgeable guides introduce adults and children aged 10 and older to ghost-hunting via supernatural safaris through the city’s haunted locales. Each family-friendly 2.5-hour historical walking tour assembles a group of 20 to 30 goosebump-cravers, giving duos or quartets the option of huddling among themselves or performing spooked leaps into strangers’ arms. During the Riverdale tour, which runs from April through October, tourists wend along the River Valley and keep their eyes peeled for phantoms along the North Saskatchewan River. Eavesdrop on loquacious spectres delivering electronic-voice-phenomena (EVP) soliloquies, or learn to operate the electromagnetic field (EMF) meter to track down ghosts capable of sticking to refrigerators. During the winter, tours take place in a haunted interior so visitors can trade howling winds for howling spectres.

Heritage tours lead paranormal-trackers downtown from April through August and expose them to the city’s spooky history, dappled with accounts of mysterious Free Mason activity and jaywalking sheets with eyeholes. Those partaking in outdoor tours are advised to dress in weather-appropriate gear.
