Choose Between Two Options
Lacy Anderson, the calorie-burning wonder behind Entourage Fitness, understands that every person is an individual with unique fitness goals and abilities. During 45-minute classes, she helps everyone go at their own pace even within a large group setting. Each exercise in the session is one minute long—allowing participants to go at their own pace without affecting someone else's workout—and the trainer keeps a close eye on form so that each students gets a good workout. Classes are structured to get a full body workout: their specialty class Abs & Cardio uses the TRX Suspension Trainer, mats, light weights, Bosu Ball, and Jumpsport Rebounders.
