There is a $50 cancelation fee if you cancel 12 hours or less before your appointment. There is a $50 fee for no-show. There is no fee if you book and cancel within 5 hours and no fee if you give notice of canceling 27 hours before your appointment. There is a $20 fee if you go over the 10 minute grace period. There is a $20 rescheduling fee if you miss your appointment due lateness ( appointments are considered missed if you’re more than 10 minutes late) and need to be accommodated on a new slot- this is same day only (subjected to availability).
