I'm kind of disappointed. I thought my car would look like new, but a lot of spots were missed. A lot of dust was left behind, and some stains didn't even look touched. The glass also didn't look like it was cleaned properly, and the mirrors weren't cleaned. When I got there, they asked what to focus on, but I wasn't ready for that question, so I pointed out the most obvious.

Didn’t do all the stuffs mentioned on the voucher. They did not polish interiors nor exteriors.
Also they left some places in the car untouched, we needed to take it back to get it cleaned at least.

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service . we did take care of the missed areas as you stated and the vehicle and all vehicles are coated with spray wax. if there are scratches that need to be removed this would fall under a Paint Correction service.
