Excellent weight loss program! I lost 5lbs on the first week, after that is only 1 or 2 lbs per week BUT I have a lot of energy and I exercising alot more. My body fat decreased and my muscle mass increased. I was so happy with the program I did one more month just to get me to my weight goal!
