"Envy" isn't the cardinal sin that comes to mind when you read the menu at ENVY Steakhouse. Gluttony is more like it, as there are so many enticing dishes to choose from. For starters, all of the steaks are 100% Angus beef, cooked to your specifications in cuts ranging from an 8-ounce filet to a 40-ounce tomahawk for two. Other entrees include balsamic rack of lamb and signature sea bass in a truffle-butter crust. If seafood is really your thing, you might be tempted to indulge in the Grand Seafood Plateau—a spread of lobster, prawns, oysters, clams, mussels, crab legs, and accompaniments. The extravagance doesn't end with the food, either. Between a wine wall and cellar, ENVY stocks more than 1500 bottles of vino and the 1500+ corks corking them.
