Our family went on this tour while visiting the area. The tour guide was very sweet and made great conversation as well as compensating us for a Sunday. We were disappointed in the fact we never got to do the EVP sessions or the extras that were included. Was a nice little tour, but definitely did not get the full experience promised on the listing…

The tour you purchased was a history, and haunted stories tour not a full investigation tour. We do have those tours, but that’s not the one you booked. During Nights of Lights EVP sessions would have been fruitless as there are to many people downtown .Our guide came out special for you on a busy Nights Of Lights Sunday and it’s unfortunate that you did not have a good time you seemed to be having a good time while on the tour our guide reported

I never took this tour. The tour guide didn’t show up and we waited around for 45 mins. I called to get a refund and have yet to get it. I never used the voucher.
