My windshield was damaged during the service and the vendor was confrontational and did not show a willingness to work with me on the damage. I also requested business insurance information as I need to file a claim with my insurer and the vendor's insurance info will likely be relevant for that; however, I was ghosted on request. Note: this could be an indicator that the vendor is not insured. I also have yet to receive back my $30 booking deposit 1 week after service was performed, so this Groupon likely didn't save me money even if didn't have to deal with damages.
