What You'll Get
The most secretive body parts are muscles, which hide behind layers of skin and appear only occasionally to help lift cars off trapped kittens. Flex your biceps in the absence of a cat emergency with today's Groupon: for $20, you get three group fitness classes at Equilibrium (a $60 value). All of Equilibrium's proceeds from this deal will be donated to Camp Casey, a nonprofit horseback-riding program for children with cancer. Visit today's G-team campaign for information on how you, too, can support Camp Casey.
Equilibrium offers fun, no-pressure fitness classes in a warm and inviting environment. Enjoy admission ($20 per class) to any three of the following sessions: Pilates matwork, Xtend barre workout, TRX body conditioning, and body conditioning. Strengthen a core withered by life as a copywriter in the Pilates matwork course, or distract your workout-weary brain with the dance-and-Pilates-infused Xtend barre class. The expertly trained instructors lavish students in the group classes with personal attention, ensuring that clients sweat both physically and emotionally.
All of Equilibrium's classes are held in its serene, relaxing studio space, which boasts energizing natural lighting and top-tier Pilates equipment. Classes are scheduled throughout the week, allowing even the busiest librarian to fill their abdominal bookshelves with tomes of tight muscles.

About Equilibrium Pilates Studio
Pilates is an almost century-old workout style, which Stott Pilates—its younger, 20-year-old offshoot—updates with modifications grounded in fitness research. Equilibrium Pilates Studio owner Nancy Hodari and her team of 26 instructors specialize in this modality, teaching the regimen’s more than 500 exercises in a serene, 5,000 square-foot studio. Their workouts are open to all fitness levels and ages, and focus on enhancing posture, strengthening core muscles, and bolstering spinal health. While some of their sessions unfold on yoga-style mats, others center on the reformer, Pilates’ signature resistance equipment designed to expand range of motion for increased semaphore skills. The instructors also venture beyond Pilates to teach Equilibrium's signature fitness classes, such as the dance-inspired Xtend Barre, intense HIIT55 interval training, and nonstop sessions of total body conditioning. Visitors burn calories and build flexibility as they take advantage of the studio's 27 pieces of equipment, including five spin bikes, ensuring that they'll never get bored with the same old workout.
