  • $65 for a summer trail ride for two ($150 value)

An experienced trainer leads pairs on private 30-minute trail rides. Riders can enjoy beautiful views and explore the winding trails that lead into the surrounding state forest.

Campers aged 6–16 gain self-confidence and pride as they learn how to bathe, clip, groom, and wrap horses. Camps include general barn chores, learning basic farrier and vet knowledge, and, of course, riding lessons. Camps run from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., and culminate in a graduation ceremony, held Fridays.

Equine Blvd.

Recently appointed as the World Scholar-Athlete Games' 2011 Deputy Commissioner of Equestrian Activities by the Institute for International Sport, professional horsewoman Holly Thompson lends riders and their maned compatriots a wealth of stallion savvy on Equine Blvd.'s sprawling 16-acre estate. Thompson and her staff provide a hay-scented potpourri of services, including riding lessons, training, equine appraisals, and witty narrations of The Lone Ranger screenplays. Equine Blvd.'s facilities shelter four-legged clients in a barn replete with 12 climate-controlled stalls before hooves boisterously navigate indoor arenas, outdoor riding rings, and picturesque trails leading into nearby state forests.

Bring your own helmet or you will have to rent one. Great trainers and atmosphere. Will definitely return!
