Licensed and Board-Certified Advocate in Special Education (BCASE) with a master's degree in legal studies with a concentration in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law (2025), master's degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco, bachelor's degree in Communication from Notre Dame de Namur University, credentialed in early childhood education, certified legal secretary, with 15 years of government & public sector experience.

Erica Ledesma became an Education Advocate after her daughter was diagnosed with a severe case of dyslexia and wanted to help other parents through this challenging process. She is certified as an Education Advocate through the Association of Special Education Teachers and the American Academy of Special Education Professionals.

Services

Erica is a consultant that provides advocacy for children in California school districts and regional centers. Services include attendance at IEP, IFSP/ IPP meetings and mediation conferences. Assistance in program acquisition and development is provided with advocacy services. Ms. Ledesma provides parents with a comprehensive understanding of their rights and responsibilities as it applies specifically to their child.
