Erika Merritt 12- year styling journey began at color concepts intensive traning program. From there Erika has worked in many high end salons in San Diego.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have had a passion for the hair and beauty industry most of my adult life. I have been a licensed stylist for 12 years. In that time I have mastered a wide range of hair techniques including hair color, highlites, mens and womens hair cuts.
What do you love most about your job?
I believe in continual education , and the knowledege of new products and services in order to provide excellent service to my clientele. I specialize in hair extensions , color, highlites and lowlights ,color correction,gray reduction,fashion cuts, special occasion hair and make-up.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Recieving a compliment on a job well done and knowing my client is satisfied with my service is what I pride myself on. My goal is to provide an amzing salon experience with exceptional service.
