Conceived by master colorist Estelle Baumhauer, a Paris-trained veteran of Dessange and Warren-Tricomi salons, the website gives shoppers access to trained colorists via an online consultation. By answering questions about their current color, hair texture, amount of gray, desired color, and other variables, clients help stylists formulate a color from thousands of available options.
