Tanya was great! Very friendly and accommodating, and the facial felt wonderful. My skin is glowing! My only recommendation would be to change the music. It was a continuous loop of Edelweiss (instrumental version), and although I like that song, I didn't enjoy hearing it for an hour! I much prefer the "spa sounds" and nature sounds I usually hear during facials, massages, etc. There was also a sound machine with ocean sounds, but I felt having both was less relaxing.
