The instructors are knowledgable & watch your form during the fitness class. They set up the equipment beforehand @ the park. The exercises are challenging but fun & team work is important. I highly recommend this bootcamp, it's like no other!

About Esco Bootcamp

Firefighter, paramedic, and certified personal trainer Kamil Escobar has been helping his clients achieve their fitness goals for more than 14 years. His energetic outdoor boot camps incorporate calisthenics, cardio kickboxing, and strength training, and he strives to make each class challenging as well as interesting, with new activities each time. All his students need to bring are a mat and a bottle of water—he brings an entire gym's worth of equipment to the camp's park setting, arming classes with kettle bells, barbells, dumbbells, and other gear. To keep students motivated, Escobar utilizes the six years of experience that he has working with kids in the fitness field. He mixes up his fitness regimens with exciting games, such as dodge ball, kickball, and tug of war.
