Q:

If you are offering an RMP 60 minute massage for $30.00 (50% off regular) shouldn't you be offering an RMT 60 minute massage for $35.00 (50% off regular) instead of the $20.00 upgrade?

Daniel S.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

The special was for the rmp not for the rmt , the rates that we have to pay the employee are very different. We are giving you a choice to upgrade.

Q:

if 2 people wanted to come together (each wit this groupon) could they have a couples massage?

Emily K P.  asked on  Nov 12, 2012

A:

We only have one practitioner but we do have therapists available where you can upgrade for $20 and get an insurance receipt of $56.50 back if you wanted to have it done at the same time. Or you can do one after another.

Q:

Will a receipt be issued for insurance purposes?

Lori P.  asked on  Nov 12, 2012

A:

The coupon is for a massage with an RMP (Registered Massage Practitioner) and they are not necessarily covered by all insurance companies. You can upgrade the coupon to a massage with an RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) for an extra $20 (taxes not included). If you choose to do this, you will receive a receipt for the full amount, $56.50, which will be covered by all companies.
