The wax specialist, Siena, took me in only a few min after my appt time. She immediately put me at ease and was very kind. She explained to me since it had been so long since my last wax that there might be a little more pain due to the length. She waxed in small strips, using different wax depending on the area. She explained the aftercare as well. I'll definitely be going back!
