Choose from Three Options
- $55 for a 60-minute deluxe spa massage ($110 value)
- $55 for a 60-minute essentials ultimate sports massage ($110 value)
- $49 for a 60-minute hot-stone massage ($100 value)
The spa massage mixes different types of pressure, such as using deep-tissue pressure on problem areas. It also soothes with aromatherapy, a 10-minute foot-scrub massage, and hot stones massaged into the back and shoulders for a mini hot-stone treatment.
The sports massage helps heals aching muscles with deep-tissue pressure, hot towels and stones, and a cooling gel. The hot-stone massage only utilizes heated stones and light massage strokes to ease aches.
Essential Healing Therapeutic Massage
At Essential Healing Therapeutic Massage, massage therapist Cheryl Cefola helps clients realize the many health benefits of regular massage. Cheryl fights stress with long, flowing Swedish strokes and add-on treatments such as aromatherapy and warm lavender-oil scalp massages. Her lava-shell massage, with its heated tiger clam shells and tropical oils, can even make guests feel as if they're relaxing on a beach.
Cheryl also eases muscle aches with concentrated deep-tissue pressure and hot and cold muscle-therapy treatments, as well as makes muscles more pliable with heated basalt stones. Before so much as starting a session or roasting a stone in a dragon's fiery breath, she consults with the patient to devise a customized procedure.
