The sauna was very small so you can't really relax cause you are kind of scrunched up, but it did feel nice and hot. The massage was kind of a mixed bag. At times it just felt like I was being lathered up with no intention behind it, while at other times it was pretty good. Unfortunately it was barely 50 minutes long, I'd say closer to 45 so that was definitely disappointing.
