Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

Hi I Just want to clarify the offer. If i bring in a prescription, I can pick out a pair of glasses up to $200 (frames and lenses) without any extra charges such as an examination I really don't need. Also is there any type of lens that is not included such as scratch resistant lenses etc.

Linda O.  asked on  Sep 24, 2012

A:

That is correct. You do not have to have an Exam from our doctor. We can fill a valid prescription from your own doctor. All types of lenses are offered in this deal. We add up the cost of the Frame and Lenses that you want and deduct $200 off. If your glassses are normally $200 or less, you do not pay anything additional. If they are more that $200, you only pay the difference.

May I come to see the frames you offer before I buy the groupon? I'd like to see if I like the style of the frames you stock. Thanks.

Of course you can look at the frames first. Feel free to call the office, at (973) 228-4990, so that the optican can set up a showing for you. Just remember the Groupon has to be purchased by Friday, Sept 28.

Q:

Does this deal cover the eye exam? And also, what are the price ranges for the frames that you sell?

Karina L.  asked on  Sep 24, 2012

A:

An eye exam is not included as part of this deal. However, our doctors do accept most medical insurances. In many cases, you would have just your co-pay for the exam. Basic plastic frames start at $59. and metals start at $89. Ray- Bans start at $119. We have various designer frames that range from $189-$389.
