Esterel at the Sofitel Hotel
Estérel Executive Chef Marius Blin cooks with market-fresh ingredients and contemporary French recipes. The seasonally changing menu at the restaurant, which shares its name with a coastal region of Provence, leans on local produce from area ranchers and farmers who raise meat compassionately and farm produce sustainably. Local ingredients are sourced from Santa Monica Farmers Market, Hollywood Farmers Market, Petaluma Farms, K&M Grass-Fed Meats, among others.
Estérel is located in the Sofitel Los Angeles, on Beverly Boulevard. Low lighting in the dining room makes it a good place for dates or intimate dinners, and the lush, covered outdoor patio is fit for relaxing with cocktails and friends.
