About Me and Why I Love What I Do After more than 10 years of working in the Medical Industry, I realized my love for the beauty industry, never really left my heart. Between industry magazines, books, trade shows, webinars, blogs, classes, and websites, the opportunities to educate myself and my clients are endless. The skin care industry is fast-moving with advances, so continuing education is essential to provide great skin for my clients. Back in the day, doctors frowned upon facials and estheticians. But now, they are FINALLY embracing the seriousness of skincare. Now, many estheticians work for doctor’s offices, and esthetics have come to be highly respected for their knowledge and services to our communities.
